Role: Human Factors Researcher
•Led a human factors study evaluating the experience of the AirPods Pro Hearing Aid and Hearing Test. This study consisted of think-aloud protocols, perceived listening effort tasks, Likert Scale questionnaires, and analyzing the data through a thematic analysis. Insights emerged that directly informed pre-launch improvements and shaped the product road map.
•Assisted in a study using Python (Pandas) for data processing.
•Submitted a new feature and UI prototype, utilizing Figma and Keynote, for an intern competition. We presented our concept to executives and won first place.
Role: Technical Designer
•Initiated and executed the production of sought-after flexible PCB boards for the wearables team by conducting comprehensive material testing and mastering operation of the LPKF machine.
•Translated conceptual ideas from software, hardware engineers, and interaction designers into functional prototypes, playing a pivotal role in bringing their visions to life for Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) technology initiatives.
Role: Associate Industrial Designer
•Initiated and drove the groundwork for integrating closed captions and braille assistive technology into Osmo products.
•Co-founded an internal ally group dedicated to fostering accessibility and inclusivity within the hardware products and organization.
•Designated as the sole industrial designer on multiple projects, I developed product concepts, devised project and research plans, generated detailed sketches, and had collaborative relationships with manufacturers, marketing, and product teams.
